ATC’s 6th annual Winter Lab for bold work and new ideas features 5 projects and 31 participants.
In my third year as Lead Producer, I joined five brilliant panelists to sift through more than 60 wildly different and inspiring project submissions, from which we selected five standout works for the 2025 Winter Lab.
From there, I worked closely with each creative team to find their perfect collaborators — actors, directors, dramaturges, consultants, mentors, and designers — bringing together a total of 31 incredible artists. I handled contracts, built detailed schedules for each two-week development period, generated all marketing, and coordinated & hosted events, showings, and creative exchanges.
It was a whirlwind of ideas, artistry, and connection — and remains one of the most rewarding (annual) events in my career.
